Professional Experience

Javier has built a multidisciplinary career across media, entertainment, advertising, publishing, and digital platforms.

He began his career in digital content strategy and mobile media at Claxson, managing digital platforms for brands such as Playboy TV, MuchMusic, and FashionTV.

He later joined The Walt Disney Company as Content Distribution Coordinator before moving into a Digital Product Manager role at Turner Broadcasting System, where he focused on digital products and audience growth initiatives.

In 2015, Javier relocated to São Paulo to contribute to digital content development within the Brazilian market. He subsequently managed UPlay, Telefe's MCN platform in Argentina, strengthening his expertise in content ecosystems and digital audience management.

In 2016, he joined Paramount Global (formerly ViacomCBS) as Multiplatform Manager for Comedy Central, MTV, and Paramount Network Latin America. There, he led multiplatform programming, digital content strategy, and non-linear audience experiences across the region.

During 2020, Javier joined La Nación as Lead Commercial Digital Development, collaborating on the creation of innovative digital products and audience experiences, including LN Propiedades, LN Campo, LN Bienestar, and LN Movilidad.

In 2022, he became Head of Ad Solutions at Playmaker / Futbol Sites, leading a 23-person multidisciplinary team focused on branded content, creative strategy, advertising innovation, media research, and storytelling-driven fan engagement.

In 2024, Javier joined Lanzallamas as Director, helping brands develop integrated marketing, creative, and technology-driven strategies. The agency has worked with companies including Under Armour, Levi's, PedidosYa, and Johnson's Baby, while earning international recognition at Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity and Effie Awards.

Today, Javier leads marketing strategy and execution across Paper Street Media’s SVOD platforms, focusing on audience growth, brand positioning, premium storytelling, and AI-driven marketing innovation. Based between creative strategy and performance marketing, he oversees cross-functional teams across creative production, email marketing, copywriting, SEO, and brand strategy — building scalable marketing systems designed to drive visibility, engagement, retention, and sustainable business growth.

Leica & Sony Cameras. Mostly the Leica Q2 Monochrome, Leica M9 and D-Lux Typ 109. I also use the Sony A7R III with different lens. I use a variety of Mobile Phones. I love polaroids!
